Although all the eats are very tasty here, the service is not as great.
There is no service actually - you simply have to bring everything to your table and clean up after. I can live with that...
Not everyone fully understands English which makes it interesting when asking for help/service, or about ingredients.
For me personally, (as a writer, and someone that works in cafes and coffee houses) what makes it difficult to enjoy the coffee and tasty eats is that there's no WIFI and it prevents me from going there.
When I asked for the WIFI no one understood what I was asking, was told to ask the next person and just go downstairs for more help.
I called downstairs and was told that he owner, doesn't want anyone to have the WIFI password.
I asked to speak with her, to see if we can figure something out and was told she's not in, and we don't know when she'll be here again. Not so helpful or resolve oriented...
I found it strange and unfortunate that in today's time, I can't enjoy coffee and work in my own local coffee shop.
I do enjoy it there and hope it improves service for all the young, new families coming into the neighborhood!
And so I can have the opportunity to go in, and enjoy working over a treat and good coffee.
