Dial 7 Car & Limousine Service

So intially when I called I asked the woman over the phone how much my trip would take. She told me 57$ plus tolls. So I immediately corrected her and told her that the route to far rockaway would NOT require a toll. So when the cab came I told him the take a certain route and he did otherwise mid route me being adamant about taking the most COST EFFICIENT AND TIME EFFICIENT route. Which in the end resulted in me paying for a toll because the driver chose to take the route he wanted. So I called back to complain and didn't get anywhere. The women who "disputed" it told me that each driver goes by a GPS system then later in the conversation told me that the driver has the OPTION to take on a route by GPS or whatever "they" choose is best. Which I feel makes no SENSE at all because the driver is always supposed to listen to the customer especially if the customer is telling you what the BEST route is. The woman claimed that the route was taken due to traffic and time and all this other bullshit. But I've taken the route from Long Island city to far rockaway at ALL different times of the day and it's never taken me more than an hour. All in all I'm still dissatisfied with my experience and WILL NEVEE use this service again and I strongly suggest that no one does ever again. I should've known that I would've been disappointed because of the 2.5 rating it has.

Firstly they did not show up when we arrived at JFK, after waiting an hour in the cold we had to get a cab!
They were also due to pick us up from our hotel at the end of our holiday to take us to the airport, we were quite worried considering they had not shown up when we arrived. We were right to be worried, the driver showed up an hour late resulting in us missing our flight home, the fare was also more than what was originally agreed. We got told there were no more flights that night the next one was the next day (Christmas Eve) we were devastated and my partner had to pay $162 for a hotel. We did not get home until 2pm Christmas day, we could not enjoy it as we were shattered! They have caused us a lot of emotional stress. We have emailed the company about this matter and they said they are not going to do anything about it. I am disgusted!!!

This is a great service!! Our driver was calm and courteous.. no crazy bobbing and weaving through traffic and no honking. Additionally, I left my phone in his car, boarded a plane to Dallas and panicked upon my arrival in Dallas when I realized I had left it.. I called this service and they had my phone shipped to me overnight (I paid the shipping) but I just loved that 1st of all, my phone was returned and 2nd of all, customer service (Luis) was sweet enough to take my multiple phone calls and make sure my phone was sent back to me. This is an honest business that takes care of their customers. Highly recommend!

I used Dial 7 to get my family of four from Crowne Plaza Times Square to Newark Airport for return to the UK at the end of our holiday. The hotel were offering to do it for $167 all in which I felt was way too expensive. I therefore went with dial 7 but given some of the negative reviews I will admit I was nervous about whether I had made a wise choice. I shouldn't have worried because the service was excellent. Our driver was ahead of time, had a beautifully comfortable Lincoln car which took the four of us plus three large suitcases to the airport rapidly and smoothly. The hotel has tried to tell me that my requirements exceeded a sedan and I needed a mini van or SUV; absolute rubbish. The trip plus tolls plus tip came to $95. I would definitely use again. I am only sorry that I have forgotten the name of our driver!

I was picked up at the airport and at my hotel by Dial 7. In both cases the drivers were early and I did not have to wait. In fact, one driver got me to Laguardia in enough time for me to take an earlier flight because mine had been canceled. They were very friendly, drove carefully, and made me feel safe. The cars were clean and well-kept.

I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.
