Development-Meadowlands Xanadu

Why can't New Jersey have a Hyde Park or a Central Park with walking paths, bicycle paths, ponds and lots of benches. Something quiet, serene, encouraging musicians to play in designated areas with dance platforms and a wonderful children's park to allow children to run and play ordinary games like jump rope and hopscotch. Why can't we be elegant and kind instead of coarse and loud?

Save and transport a historic house to this place. Save some of the Dutch and English history that made New Jersey one of the great Thirteen. Be original, not another mall or waterpark. Do the right thing, the money will come

John, are you nuts? The Xanadu color scheme, in fact teh entire architecture is a total eye sore. Thank goodness the new developers will be overhauling it.

Meadowlands Xanadu perfectly blends in with the landscape of the meadowlands. Inspired from nature, this building is the definition of a serine landscape. Whether you are on the NJ Turnpike, Route 3 or Route 17, you will have to look very hard to find this place because it closely resembles the surrounding wetlands and reed so well that it might be difficult to spot at first. Many wonder what Meadowlands Xanadu will be like when it opens. I am sure it will not impact traffic or the enviornment because everyone will use either hybrid cars, the new rail line they are building, or public transportation to arrive here. Dont forget about the ferris wheel. If you want to have an eagle eye view of Carlstadt and East Rutherford, you have come to the right place. Gaze in awe at the spectacular 1920s colonials and the 1940s cape cod homes in the area. Truly unique. Also dont forget to look the other way and see an unobstructed view of New York City. Where else can you see a skyline view this great! Meadowlands Xanadu is going to be GRRRREAT!
