Horrible customer service. As a new patient, I showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. 45 minutes later I had not yet been called into the office. I finally walked out without seeing a doctor, or rescheduling. I dont know when it became acceptable to make patients wait this long and how it is even possible to run that far behind without double, no TRIPLE booking appointments. Totally unacceptable.
