This business is anything BUT dependable! I called them first thing on a Monday morning and scheduled a window for noon to 2pm the following day. By 3:30pm no one had showed up. After several calls - and being hung up on several times - I gave up and cancelled the service. Since this was a job for an elderly relative of mine that I was arranging, and one that needed to be done in a timely fashion, I was especially annoyed that it didn't go smoothly. Also, the person answering the phone couldn't even tell me if the company charges per hour or by the type of job. I went with Haddad Plumbing Co. instead, who gave me a price quote upfront, arrived when they said they would, and got the job done promptly.

I called on Dependable for an after hours service call. I called at 930pm and someone picked the phone after 2 rings. I was forwarded to a gentleman named Steve. Steve did some troubleshooting and for sure was looking into my best interest as a homeowner and looking out for my pocket as well. I decided against his advise and requested a 10pm service call. He had someone to my location in 10 minutes. The problem was diagnosed and second appointment was set up for the next day. The service man named Grimaldo was at my house at the exact time he said he would be. This alone is a rarity, a service company actually being on time! My problem was solved and I am extremely satisfied. On top of that, Steve made a follow up call to see how everything was going. I highly recommend this company.
