Went for tooth extraction and the procedure was clearly explained. the pre estimate for the treatment was given before the extraction. that's really helps us not to have any shocking surprises on bill. Overall it's very good with excellent doctors.

I have been coming to this location for years. What i love about this is that they work with you on making an appointment base on your schedule, not based on their convenience. They work with a payment plan and they will make adjustments if possible (costumer service). They are not push overs and make your feel that certain things 'needs' to be done and that there's no other options. For example: if a patient has yellow of discoloration on their teeth. They would give suggestions on what they can do for it or what you can do at home. They will even suggest on what at home products work. They give you options and they leave the decision for you. They are great from being to end!!

First off, they don't explain anything to you when you first start. They say hey go over everything with you but they miss steps. The female Spanish dentist spoke Spanish to her assistant the entire time during the procedure. It's very disrespectful. She also pressures you into thinking everything is okay when it's not. Since she has veneers she believes that they are the most beautiful thing and convinced the patients to go with the more expensive option. The only thing I liked about this place was the service of the receptionists and aids. I wouldn't recommend this unless you wanna be talked down to.
