First I'm happy this neighborhood got a real family style diner. Who ever opened up this franchise needs to come back and train the staff. They were nice but very inexperienced. Everyone was waiting for their food while it appears the entire staff went on break at the same time!! They were just standing huddled talking while tables were complaining calling over the manager etc. They all look so new and inexperienced-the wait was long obviously. The food was fine. Great start just bring in experienced management to train supervise & regulate staff.

I have been here twice once just after Halloween and the second time being just yesterday 1-17-16. Let me say I will never go there again. The first time my husband and I went there it took 20 minutes or quite possibly longer for our food to arrive and than the food was undercooked or overcooked, for example the pancakes still had a better tasting to it and wasn't fully cooked son you can still see the batter and it took the waitress an additional 30 minutes to give us our check, I was tempted to just get up and leave. Now the second time I wanted to give it a second chance and that was a bigger mistake let's start that it took 15 minutes for anyone to even come t our table and acknowledge we were there let alone bring water than after our order were finally taken it took an additional 20mins to just bring out drinks coffee, tea and juice. After another 15 mins of waiting the food comes out but with no surprise it is not what we ordered which than took an additional 10-15 mins. Afterwards when we are finally given our bill they overcharged us. I wanted to get up and leave and not to mention this place was not crowded at all I would hate to see what it's like during prime time. Do not go here unless you enjoy being ignored and don't like your food cooked.

Sunday midday My mother and I decided to go here instead of IHOP on flatlands due to the large church crowds.. We sat in the back of the restaurant due to not having better seating for my mother whom uses a cane to get around. then we sat at that table for no lie 20 mins and not one single person said anything to us, brought and water or anything; With menus folded and me looking around and staring at the workers looking impatient. For a first time of going into this location it will forever be my last. This location needs to get a plan on how to seat, address and serve customers better.. I highly recommend everyone stay away from this location until dramatic improvements are done. 1/17/2016

Me and my boyfriend went here for breakfast for the first time we usually dine at IHOP big mistake let me start off with the staff their wasn't any communication between them what so ever lack of teamwork no one seemed to be happy to be working you had one employee walking by tables yelling I don't know who the manager is today when he's right behind her one couple was sitting for about 20 mins waiting for someone to take their order the woman Had to get up from the her table to find out what was goin on Now let's get too the food we order the pancakes, two sausage links, two pieces of bacon, hash browns and eggs and u can choose either a glass of juice or cup of coffee not bad for $8 right when we finally got our food it was thrown all over the plate and to top it off our food was cold the pancakes were flat and dry didn't seem to be freshly made at all so our first time experience at Denny's would be the last

I've been here three times so far, twice for breakfast and once for dinner with my kids. The breakfast is excellent: served in a timely manner, served hot, delicious, cooked exactly as ordered. I received my place setting the minute I was seated and was seated immediately upon arrival. The price of my meal was reasonable and the the staff was very friendly and professional.
Dinner was also good: I love the new kids menu which is quite expansive and cheap. It's free on only Tuesday's, though. Our waitress was okay but blew the deal when she asked me for a favorable rating on the survey. That's my choice to do that and unless a server was either extremely bad or extrordinararily great, I don't do it. I don't like survey arm twisting.
This will become a regular spot for breakfast and an occasional spot for dinner.
