Had a really excellent experience with Deluxe. They deal with really high end luxury cars. But I went there to purchase a Ford Fusion hybrid. They treated me like I was buying a Bentley. hahaha Great service! Everything was fair ( I did my research. Do your research!). Including the trade-in and finance.
Don’t have a problem going back to make future car purchase.

I am re-writing a review for this dealership because things went downhill the moment I walked out the door with the car so going to write about my whole experience with this dealership.

First of all I live 4 hours away form this dealership but saw they had an ISF that I have been looking for a while and made the trip out to see it. I first talked with Sue over the phone saying that I was coming to see the car and asked her if I could get the results of inspection done on the car by dealership to see if it had any problems. Sue stated that the car is completely clean and I could see the results when I got there. I got there a little over their closing time and Sue was gone due to her having to be home which is understandable. So from that point on I spoke with Kevin. I asked to see the inspection results of the car and he stated that it's after closing time and that they didn't have them and I could get them on Monday. I stated I was getting ready to take this car home today as I couldn't make this trip multiple times as I lived far but I was refused the inspection results except restating verbally that the inspection was fine. I thought this was odd since if someone was getting ready to buy they could have called a manager to get me those results so I had a piece of mind. Of the bat in my personal inspection I saw that the front drivers side had taken damage as the bumper screws were different and the headlight was new compared to the other one. The test drive had the car pulling to the left as well so the alignment was off as well. I pointed these out during the price negotiations as engine wise things ran fine and I figured I would have my own mechanic have a look after.

The price haggling was VERY shady. The dealership used the old tricky 4 square approach and rather than giving me a sales price would only give me a monthly amount as I was financing. After doing my calculations on my own I realized they were masking an extra 2-3 thousand in the monthly price on the car. I finally had them give me real prices that I could negotiate but that already tells you the way this dealership operates.

On my drive home I felt strange vibrations on the drivers side and had the mechanic by my place that I trust check it out. Turns out the damage was more extensive than they led me to believe. The bearing was broken and needed to be replaced which was a 800-900 dollar job. I called the dealership since it was still under their lemon law warranty which is under 1000 miles / 30 days. They stated that they could fix it if I brought the car up to them and I said that wasn't possible since I live so far away and also it was risky to drive 4 hours on a broken bearing. Moreover, I said that I understood that they didn't want the extra costs of another mechanic and I was okay with them just paying for the part and that I would pay for the labor myself. They would not even do that saying that isn't their store policy and it wasn't until I threatened that they are liable then for my drive to their dealership they agreed to what they thought was the cost of the part. The crazy part is that they told me straight up on the phone that this part shouldn't cost more than 260 (my mechanic said 500) but they wouldn't write me a check for more than $100. That makes no sense to me if they were willing to fix the car in their own shop then why can't they at least pay the full price of the part. It makes me think they were going to put some old used junkyard part in the car to get me going so I am glad I am not getting it fixed by them.

I hope my experience helps others avoid this place and look somewhere else for their car buying. It's not worth the headache and the amount they will most likely steal out of you with their tactics.

I have never been more disappointed by the lack customer service. I've been cursed, yelled, and belittled by their staff. I purchased a 2013 Audi S5 Oct 14th, 2015. After we sat down and came to a deal there ended up being a $250 difference, I agreed to pick up. Renato said he call me Friday, October 16th to make that payment. Well that date came and gone and he called me Saturday October 24th in regards to the balance. I gave him my card information and we agreed to process the payment Friday Oct 30. Well last night I decided to check the balance on my old Audi A5 with Chase Auto and noticed my old car still haven't been paid. I contacted Deluxe Auto Sales today(Oct 28 @ 11:45AM) to discuss what's going on with the loan. I asked to speak to financing, but somehow was directed to Renato. I asked him about it and he said it will be paid, check around 5PM, I said okay. Renato proceeded to ask me about this $250 balance that we already discussed 5 days ago. I stated yes we are still on for Friday. I asked about my new tags, which he stated they have but are holding until they receive payment. Since when is it my fault you didn't call me as planned? As a sales rep or even the company, you should have things in place to ensure you set the correct expectations for your customers. If you failed to hold up to your end of the deal, do penalize me for you failures. The manager called me a child, said he wants his "f-ing" money, and Renato sarcastically said" oh, what a pleasure you turned out to be" This was my first time not dealing with an actually manufactures dealership. I WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN! Their whole tone on the phone was very hostile. If you've read my review and still choose to do business with them, good luck.

STOP!!!, before you go to this place you need to know that Deluxe Auto is major SCAM, unless you want to get involved in Mafia style business that they threatened you if you do not accept that they sold you a lemon. I bought Audi R8 from them and they wrote me a paper if I found anything wrong with the car I can return within two weeks, I took it to Audi and they find long list of problems most serious one was the engine would cost over $20,000, when I took the car back the real street thugs came to surface, threatened to do personal harm and secreming thinking that will make me go away. After I hired lawyer they agree to take the car back but refuse to give me the car I trade in, after two months of holding my car hostage and under the pressure to go to court they gave it back. BIG Mistake to deal with these thugs, If I were you I would run the opposite direction where they are. These thugs for sure need to be in prison and if the distract attorney or the state attorney look into their fraud like rolling back millage and not disclosing the car has been in an accident they will definitely end up in prison, oh one more thing about the Audi R8 I bought form them when my attorney check the car he found out the the car has been hit in the front fender and of course these thugs did not say anything. Fabio the manager and the owner and his crew nothing but street hustling thugs their natural place is NJ state prison
