This service station charges you for every possible penny they can - including "sitting fees" while deciding whether we wanted to put $900 into our aging car we used 2 days to think it over, and we were subsequently charged $35 per day. We were originally called and notified of the $900 bill and when we decided the car was not worth putting that much money and work into it, we were then told we needed to pay over $100 to be allowed to pick up our vehicle. This $100 bill had been charged to us, however, NO WORK WAS DONE!!!! Danny (manager) was rude and discourteous and would not coherently explain why we were to be charged $100 for a car that in the end has to be junked and/or sold for parts. As once regular customers (for oil changes and tune-ups) we were totally caught off-guard by all the extra expenses accrued and now we take our business elsewhere to ensure we wont be scammed and taken for every possible dollar. We are very upset because we thought this mechanic could be trusted and are quite disheartened to realize we were wrong, and now must find a more trustful and honest mechanic.
Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere, somewhere that provides you with ALL the information you need upfront to make a wise and practical decision before slamming you with a nonsensical unexplained bill for ZERO work.
