Wish it could be no star. We are a 60 year old plumbing company. We ordered a faucet that was supposed to be compatible with granite counter tops. It was not. One day after purchasing it with my new debit card, the account was compromised. The bank suggests if we only used our card with Décor Island then someone there compromised the card to purchase the other goods. We returned the item and it has been a month without refund. I emailed them and they said it was refunded 12/7/15. This is not true and the bank verified. I called 12/11/15 and found out not only did I pay the shipping to return it but they were only refunding me $105 out of $131 that I paid for restocking. I told the customer rep how am I to pay the $21 shipping return and lose $26. He says a restocking fee. I told him even though it wasn't compatible with granite counter tops as it stated it was, you're charging me restocking. His reply, "pal just because it isn't compatible with your counters doesn't mean it isn't with others. Have a nice day." Crooks, thieves, awful people!

Worse service I ever seen in my life. They get your credit number and charge it randomly. DONT give them the card number. There is no way to reach customer service. The only way is to dispute through bank.

Would not order. Give you the runround and wait a month and just refund my money. My item was never shipped. Very crummy service....
