After visiting a few monument places and not being totally happy with any, I decided to look online and found Davydov Monuments. I read their excellent reviews and decided to reach out. The customer service and assistance my family received was beyond excellent every step of the way. The stone they made for my Mom was just beautiful, their attention to detail and overall quality was outstanding. My family and I would highly recommend Davydov Monuments.

Since I had a monument (and information) from my family plot/head stone dating back to 1956. I called Davydov... Albert, explained that he had taken over the business years ago. Albert Davydov was compassionate, helpful, professional, courteous and readily available to answer all of my questions. He gave me time to digest all of the information and was so helpful when my sister and I arrived at his office, unannounced. He followed up with eMail and pictures to make sure we were satisified. I would highly recommend Davydov, without hesitation.

Our family is forever grateful and happy with the work Davidov Monument did on my fathers stone. Attentive to details, Albert is very understanding and helpful in recommending memorial that would abide by cemetery guidelines. The family took time to select the right stone and we requested a number of revisions of text engraved on the stone, Albert worked with us through it all and not one moment did he seem annoyed in the slightest. we were kept informed of all timelines and the work was completed as promised.

During the time of sorrow its always important to feel comfortable when dealing with such sensitive subjects as a choice of monument. Albert Davydov was highly professional, courteous and readily available to answer all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this company.
