Very rude. It's the only place around the area. But the customer service is very poor. If you need help by filling something out, they won't help you. Horrible.

Computer system is pretty slow freezes

The ONLY reason I go here is because this is the only place in the area that I can use Western Union but the service is HORRIBLE! They work slower than an IV and most of them have very bad attitudes and aren't friendly or welcoming. Once I went in there and after waiting almost 45 minutes to reach the window the teller snatched the western union form from under the glass and had a very rude demeanor. Sometimes they'll even eat while taking care of customers or have personal conversations amongst themselves. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Unbelievably poor service. I've been her several times. Every time without fail, I've received atrocious service. I happen to work in an upper management capacity in the sales, and service industry...so I can understand and appreciate good services. That said I have no tolerance for service that takes for granted its patrons. And, I've received nothing but attitudes, and eye-rolling whenever I've come there. Believe I will be sending a strongly worded letter to whomever runs this place... Cause its a disgusting place to be, and try to get service. Stay away everybody...use the power of your dollar to voice your opinion. Take your business elsewhere...hopefully they'll get the message.

very nasty female worker in there. I came in with two hundred dollar bills I asked for change (for what ever reason , for bus, train food) the female worker looked and checked the bills and were good then shes asked me where did I get it from .!!!!! what the hell I said what does it matter and she gives me the money back and says next rude bitch
