my husband had the worst experience with this office. I would no recommend them. The office staff was rude and disrespectful

my worst experience ever, dealing with any Doctor’s office. I tried rescheduling an appointment initially made by my primary care doctor. I could not get any word in, DR Sussman wife picked up the phone and her only concern was about my insurance. She did not care about my health. She was rude and very nasty, when she said something inaccurate about my insurance, she would not allow me to correct her. She assumed I had Medicare, which is “dog whistle” indication of her assuming my socioeconomic status. I informed her that I had private insurance. She then call my insurance company and later informed me that I had to pay a $2000 deductible before treatment. When I tried to correct her, she insisted that unless I paid the cash, I could not be seen. She refused to have me speak with the Dr. and hung up the phone on me. Stay away from this doctor because of his terrible decision in hiring such a terrible staff. He could not possible be a good doctor.

Horrid. Just, horrid. His staff makes everything more painful than it needs to be. They are so awful, its an impediment to getting actual healthcare services from Sussman. No self-respecting person would subject themselves to this office.

It was a nightmare. The staff is nasty, rude, and so incompetent -- every visit and every dollar I spent was a total waste, because now I have to redo everything with another doctor since his staff screwed up so badly.

I just called them to make an appointment. I didnt know that its the same number for 2 of their location. The lady on the phone was very rude and was keep cutting me out when i was trying to explain that i had seen the doctor and i need an appointment this week if possible. She keep asking when do you want it for next week. i told her i need this week and not next week. Her voice of tone is very rude... i have seen the doctor 2 weeks ago and i was supposed to go follow up but i am thinking about changing to another doctor....very bad ...just pissed me off ....
