I spent the last 2 years looking for a new barber and finally found it. Davey gives the best haircuts and straight razor shave in the area. I drive from Westchester because when I get a cut here, I know I am going to get treated like I am the only customer in the shop.

I've had some bad haircut experiences, and many, many terrible ones. I don't have your average silky stick-straight hair, I have nappy hair. It's dry, frizzy, wavy, thick, and I have LOTS of it. So I always end up with extremely layered cut that requires daily flat-ironing, and I'm all about low-maintenance hair ;)
I told Oscar that I wanted to keep the length but take off most of the weight and just TRIM my bangs so that they still come down to my eyebrows. He listened to every word I said and he delivered. I honestly would've gladly paid just for the amazing hair massage he gave while shampooing. Seriously it was amaiziing!!
My bangs were trimmed to the perfect length, and he told me that he even does complimentary bang trims in between haircuts! My hair felt much lighter but I still had my va-va-volume. I loves it!
