Worst Amazon re-seller. Zero customer service. Ordered an product on Aug18. No communication from they why the product shipment was delayed. After contacting them through Amazon, they replied that they shipped the wrong item and full refund will be issued. its been more than 2 weeks since my order. No refund yet ..

I will never purchase from this store again. I ordered a Macbook through Amazon, which is charged around $300 higher than bestbuy. And if I return it, they will charge 15% restocking fee and I have to cover the shipping fee.

My company moved from Midtown to Downtown, when we needed to get Ethernet switches and cables to set up our new fiber connection, we were being quoted by IT companies for upwards of 2000 dollars for 2 switches.

I looked for places that actually sold switches in a store since nothing on Amazon was going to be quick enough. One place quoted me for almost 200$ more than DataVision. It was a long trip going back uptown, but it was worth it. I was even given a copy of my receipt a week later after I lost my original to file my expense report.

-The team is helpful
-The selection is wide
-The prices are competitive with the Midtown/Downtown NYC area

Only goes to show that in this day and age, you still need brick and mortar stores.
