Fraud and nothing but. Company works out of the basement, "technician "comes and picks up to drive From the UPS store, asks for money to be sent by Paypal, only to be told that drive is unrecoverable. Once I am asking him to return me the drive the silence ensues. This is a purely fraudulent operation and likely an illegitimate business. Please avoid using them.
