Myself and a few friends decided to get a limo for a night on the town. Dealing with this company couldnt have been easier. I saw some of the other reviews for this company and was a bit hesitant. However, I dont have anything negative to say about them. the driver was great, ontime and professional.

TERRIBLE COMPANY- Rented limo and advised that I had 14 for a prom. Was told not a problem we have a new Chrysler that fits 14. Price allegedly included tips and everything. Asked for contract twice and still have not received one (red flag, my fault, but was under gun for ride). Arrived on time with beautiful Chrysler stretch...then the troubles really began. We had 14 people and the driver "George" said we can't put 14 in the limo. Also advised the tip and tolls were not included. George gave us phone to speak with boss who was even less obliging. Anyway, we put the 14 in and went on our way. George told us that if anything happens we "would have to pay for the $100,000. limo." He went on " next time you want to take 14 people get an SUV". My point is, they are the experts and when we told him we had 14 people he should have put us into a vehicle for 14 people. Don't just tell me you have one for 14 then show up and tell us you will have to make two trips.
We made it there and back, George continually complaining and really putting a damper on the whole prom party. Needless to say, our night was ruined wondering what this company was going to try to claim. We were even worried that George was not going to be there at the end of the night and we would have to find another way home. Thanks for making one of the most memorable times of our lives "unforgettable". Never again, find another company.

Cosmopolitan COACH has alot of competition, but the one thing the competition don't have is FRANK. My family and I have been using his company for over 20+ years. Everyone I know who has an account established with Cosmopolitan COACH never ever had a problem. Unfortunately there are people to make a mountain out of a mow hill and we all know who they are. Everyone likes something for nothing all you have to do is ask. Frank is a very fair person. He goes beyond his means in making you very very very comfortable & takes his time to make sure its all about EQUALITY. Enough said, another successful night Thank You again Frank for being there last minute. I wish you and your staff a very Happy New Year. Sorry i haven't posted this sooner just sobered up from the New Years Eve party...=) Need you again this weekend coming. You guys are amazing always coming through......

Well Its was a Summer Time wedding (Summer of 2010) and Our Driver David was great to us but we felt bad because we could hear his boss Frank Yelling at him for something that was NOT the drivers fault but the owner Franks Fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was NO AIR CONDITION IN OUR CAR .. ALL THERE CARS ARE NOT WELL MAINTAINED AND I WOULD NOT USE THEM .. THE DRIVERS ARE NICE BUT THE OWNER IS NOT NICE ...
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE OWNER.

They also advertise cars that they don't own , they get cars from other companies to do their work . Like a Rolls Royce. They don't own a Rolls Royce !!!!!!!
There bus that they sent for my husbands bachelor party was a disaster also ... There is small sun roof on the bus
and it was it opened and it blew off . Then later that nite it started to rain. What a disaster !!!
Also the Driver of the bus was really nice to his name was Vinny and don't get confused because there is two Vinny's that work for them one is the bus driver the driver told me and the other drives a limo..

Do your self a favor stay far away from this place you will be better off !!!!!!!!!!!

Look at details of my experience below.

It all started in May. When we came they showed us beautiful limousine for 22 people I believe Cadillac 2007... So we signed contract with them, we spoke with Owner, his name is Frank. He looked descent and everything looked fine. Later I learned that this company is a total scam.

Our wedding day was on Sunday 24tth, On Saturday around 3pm I called and asked if everything is fine. I was told by Ryan that there are no problems and my car will be at my house at 9:30.

On Sunday at 9:30 there was no car. So I called and left a message. Around 9:50 driver called and told me that car looks very dirty and destroyed inside and that he needs 15 more minutes to clean it. Around 10:10 he arrived in a terrible old car (year 2002). I can't described how it looked inside.. Everything was broken, and very dirty. No air condition (it was 95 degrees outside). Plus it smelled as some one threw up in it. I demanded to change a car. Driver also agreed with me that car is in terrible shape. Plus it is totally different car, model and year than we ordered.

So driver proposed that we change car fro 12 ppl limo. I said it is 14 of us. But we had no choice it was impossible to be in that old, smelly car without air-conditioned. When we arrived to garage to change cars I saw different limo there from different company... So I ordered additional car from a different company. At the end I paid twice, plus I lost 2 hours of my wedding morning.

Now, Frank plays games with me. He doesn't want to give refund nor he is available to even discuss it with me. I tried to call, and I tried to come. But nothing they refuse to deal with me. I will go to court for a full refund.
