Dante Zeller Tuxedos

My wedding was this past friday, July 25th, and my guys had their tuxs ordered in APRIL and my husband and I are EXTREMELY disappointed in Dante. First of all, my now father in law, got nagged to death to pick up his tux on Sunday and I was never informed the tux came in early when I was supposed to be called. When I called to follow up, I was informed that the rest of the tuxedos would be in on Wednesday. When my brother and uncle went to your establishment on the Wednesday before my wedding, 2 days before, to pick up their tuxs and both of them were missing their shoes.....one from the Hazlet store and one from the New Brunswick store. The New Brunswick store just didnt have them and Hazlet said the person never returned their pair. There is NO excuse for this and to put me through this hell and stress 2 days before my wedding is uncalled for. My, now husbands, tux was also not measured correctly so his tux had to be altered as well. I had your establishment airmail the shoes to your Hazlet store as well as to call me as soon as both pairs of shoes were in......not only did I NOT RECEIVE a phone call, but I had to call to see if they were in and the shoes were under the WRONG NAME. Never in my life have I been so disappointed and angry at an establishment. There is no excuse when all of my guys went for their fitting in APRIL for something like this to happen. The other factor that I was NEVER CALLED when I asked numerous times to be called is a disgrace. My gf is getting married next yr and I will NOT be recommending her or anyone to use Dante because of this.

Dante Zeller went out of their way to help me and my daughters wedding party. We had family coming to our wedding from all three states and instead of all of them traveling hours to come to us they were able to find a store near them to get fitted with a tuxedo. Dante Zeller has numerous stores in New York, New Jersey, Long Island and parts of Connecticut. They made our grooms tuxedo experience easy and affordable.
