Dante's Gourmet Foods

We use Dante's regularly for events at the office. The staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. Food is of an amazing quality. We usually do breakfast spreads. The bagels are extraordinary and the wide variety of pastries offered leave all in attendance satisfied. Definitely recommend this establishment.

Went here last night for a quick meal after work and received the worst customer service ever. I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe that was undercooked, I took two bites and returned it and asked for a well cooked burger, which I was promised a new burger afteewards. The alleged manager took my container downstairs and returned with the same tray a few minutes later. She had sat my entire burger back on the grill (the burger I had bitten off of) after telling me I would receive a new one. After I asked for my money back and she told me I couldn't get my money back, that it was now hers, she only gave me 3 dollars for an 8 dollars meal which I did not eat and told me my service was not needed after I was very cordial with her. Not to mention they were spraying windex over the open food bar. Very unsanitary and rude customer service!

I have been waiting for delivery for 1 hour and 20 minutes now. I ordered an individual pizza. ONE.

Very good breakfast. Prices are reasonable especially for downtown Manhattan

Update Fall 2013: Food has become inconsistent. I've gotten stale rolls and bacon that has tasted funny, maybe it was old. Some days they are great, sometimes they are not. I'd rather pay more and get the same thing every time.

I've worked at Fulton Street between William & Nassau for the last 10 years. I've seen so many restaurants open & close(unfortunately) By far Dante's is the only place I trust for my burgers & pizza. Always fresh, and great service & decent price. However the only star I don't give them is because they are not up to date..No website, No POS (i've call over & over & they never know its me) Thanks.
