Very poorly organized. I had an appointment to have my dishwasher serviced today. After confirming on the phone that it was most likely a defect with the control panel, the service technician came unprepared to fix the control panel after looking at the unit for less than 2 minutes.
A google search of the issue was more effective than this service visit. The technicition did not have the necessary parts and now needs to schedule another appointment 1 week out. This was a complete waste of my time and theirs.

Kitchen aid assigned them as repair company for microwave repair.told me the company would contact me before comming. Never called, showed up unannounced and all he did was run unit 1 minute with a glass of water, then gave me a quote for nearly 600 dollars for repair. When told it would be better to buy new, charged me 119 dollar for a useless visit. A call to the company and their response was that that was the cost for just coming whether he dug anything or not.this is a total ripoff. Something should be done about this. DO NOT RECCOMENDED THIS COMPANY.

They have been here twice for refrigerator under warranty. The automated appointment caller can be problematic, but you can actually speak to a human to get it straightened out. Repair persons are pleasant and competent. They have arrived on time. I would recommend.

Horrible!
They wasted a day of my time waiting for them to repair my JennAir cooktop - it had a broken downdraft fan switch. The repair guy ordered the wrong part for a different cooktop. Suggested shaving down the metal so he could jam the new fan button through the metal opening. He would have had to mangle the cooktop.
The curious thing was that I had called Jenn-Air and they said that the replacement part was not available. The repair guy had ordered a part and told me that it was available from a third party. But, the replacement part said Jenn-Air on it. He must have ordered a part from a different cooktop and thought it might fit. And then he would just bust a bigger hole in the opening to replace the fan switch. Whatever he did it was pretty incompetent.
