Its your standard Asian marketplace. They have some good lunch platters that you can grab from the refrigerated shelves or go to the back for the real market items. When I am in the are for work, I usually stop in for lunch. Give it a try.

I like it for finding authentic Japanese products... This or SunRise will be your go-to places for that, definite specialists and gives the tiniest taste of going to a “Conbini” (コンビニ) or 'supa' スーパー in Japan.
