The sales person was very helpful, both explaining things and getting all the help I needed. I will definitely be back for all of my motorcycle needs in the future.

Came in on a busy Saturday to look at some helmets. Lorenzo was helping 2 other customers and still managed to thoroughly explain the basics on what to look for in a helmet and what the differences were between a $100 HJC helmet and a $600 Shoel needless to say I left with a Shoel GT+AIR and couldn’t be happier!

Some guy had knocked my bike on its side a few days ago, breaking the front brake lever. So I called Cycle Therapy, described them what happened, and Chris told me to come in any time I would like. I went there about an hour later, Chris looked the part number up, and changed the lever in 5 minutes. I know it sounds silly for such a little thing, but they only charged me for the part!
I liked the service so much that I met the owner, whose name I can't recall right now, and he came out to see my bike, gave me some tips about the possible issues that might occur in the future.
It's a small shop, but don't let that fool you. They do possibly anything you'd need for a bike repair/customization. I'm going back there to get my bike customized very soon! Thanks guys!

I got my Cespa for repair after I got hit. Amit took me in and inspect my scooter, they had to order the parts and in two weeks time. I was out and the job was great. Chris also sold me a helmet in a great deal, great guys and fast service!
