I told them that I had an extremely slow leak They said I had a nail in the tire then charged me $55 to fix a flat I have been driving for 35 you had many flats over the years and I have never been charged that much money

11/14 truck Radiator thermostat diagnosed and fixed at Cybert... $800. 3/15 Radiator leaking, taken back to Cybert they concluded "someone" put the wrong radiator cap on therefore causing a leak...$250 to diagnose and fix. Two days later while my son is driving to Buffalo,NY the truck overheats and gets towed to nearest service center where they conclude all the radiator fluid leaked out because the radiator cap was loosely put on and radiator hose unattatched causing a leak over the 400+ drive. $159 to tow and fix. Invoice from Buffalo service station taken to Cybert, who eventually tell me that the owner will not honor the warranty because the truck wasn't towed over 400 miles back to them. These people will not stand by their work even when they over charge and obviously don't do the job properly. THIEVES, CROOKS, INCOMPS

These guys are just the best. Polite, professional, honest. Been using them for years for all sorts of auto repair needs. Their specialty is tires, but I had to take my car in for an inspection and they did it today while I waited. I was in and out (after getting two tickets for an uninspected vehicle). They have the coolest waiting room of any auto dealer or repair shop I've been to. Fresh free coffee (not that crap you see at dealerships). Always other customers to talk with. My brother likes this outfit too. Highly recommended.

Fast and professional service. Great waiting area with a nice little coffee bar. Had a tire patched on a weekday morning. They fixed, installed.... Was in and out in under 30.
