Everyone is friendly here- I will give them that much, but unfortunately they never have anything I need...either they don't carry it at all, or it's out of stock....basic things like Dove soap for sensitive skin they don't carry.

Never very well stocked. Often out of things I'm looking for without being re-stocked in a month. The only reason I go is that it's 1/2 block away from me.

There were times I came to the store, and I notice a particular customer service rep. being very helpful with other customers. This one day one of their representative Max greeted me with a smile, and asked if I needed any help. First response was no, but he insisted & I really needed help finding vitamins. He was a great help leading me to the right vitamins, as well as my favorite hair products. You guys need to hire more people like him. Excellent customer service skills Max! I feel fully welcome and I would recommend this CVS to anyone, just by this gentlemen customer service.
