D. Vives, the agent at this location, was extremely helpful on Sunday 8/17/14. I arrived just minutes before they were closing and Vives kindly let me in along with my friend and all my luggage and boxes. He helped me through the forms I had to fill out, confirmed my online reservation and even gave a tour of the storage units.

Overall, great location as it is close to the L train and neighborhood isn't shady. And D. Vives' customer services was phenomenal.

They were awesome. Made everything super easy and simple. Checked up to make sure we were still on for appointment (but not hounding me) & They got me an awesome offer for a free 1st month & Free truck & Driver within 48 hours of move in. A++
