Great place. Feel same which was key to me. Very friendly and clean. Would give a 5 star only door to drive out has taken too long to get fixed.

I loved the customer service experience I received at this location. Nicole and Anthony provided exceptional service; very friendly, professional and helpful. I didn't feel rushed at any time when it came to making a decision. Nicole was extremely patient and helpful when it came to assisting me decide on the unit size that best fit my needs. Both Nicole and Anthony were great at fulfilling my paperwork, answering my questions and walking me thru all the information I needed to know. This was a pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this location.

The current staff at the Richmond Terrace location is the absolute best!! Always professional! Each time I walk in the door, I get smiles warm greetings, and the most important thing, they all remember my name. Jennifer, Nicole are true professional, they each take time with all the clients, working out any issue or problem that client may have, and they always finish it up with a smile and thank you. They greet you when you walk in and when you leave. And I cannot forget about Peter, he keeps the building in top shape, and like Jennifer and Nicole, he never fails to say Hello, how you doing today!!
You should be very proud of Jennifer, Nicole, and Peter, they keep your business running smoothly.

CubeSmart Staten Island is hands down the best storage facility in NYC! After renting for years with the other companies I'm so glad i made the move here over a year ago! The office staff Jennifer & Nicole are awesome! Always going above and beyond to make renting at the facility a great experience! Then there's Peter the maintainence man, Always around to help when you need him on top of keeping the facility squeeky clean! I'm beyond happy with the CS family and wouldn't think of ever going elsewhere!

Both Jennifer and Nicole are exceptional managers and they always take care of their customers. The service is phenomenal and their personal attention to detail and their needs is extraordinary. I love Cubesmart and especially Cubesmart in Staten Island on Richmond Terrace. Love it wouldn't go anywhere else.
