Crowne Plaza Englewood

Service was good. Average hotel. Got what I expected.

Very nice place to stay
Clean and good service

The Crown Plaza is a nice hotel choice in Englewood. The hotel restaurant serves decent American fare, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. The parking lot is a little awkwardly positioned but the location of the hotel is pretty convenient.

MARY ANNE IS VERY RUDE. FIRE HER. SHE WORKS THERE AT NIGHT AND HER SERVICE WAS HORRENDOUS. She said that we would be able to get a refund when I called from upstairs so she said to come down after LITERALLY 1 minute. Once I came downstairs she says that I can not get a refund and when I asked her why she called SECURITY on me and my gf. Why did she lie? I do not know. She had someone go "check" the room and because of the blankets being sat on she said that we could not get a refund. We did not LAY in it and that was NOT a standard room that I was charged $250 for. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE LADY.

My husband and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza a few months ago and I just made a reservation again for next week. We have to go to New York City for doctors appts. but the hotels in the city can be quite expensive and the parking rates are not cheap either. This hotel is close to the George Washington Bridge so it takes just a few minutes to get into Manhattan. If I left something in my car, it was right outside in the free parking lot. The restaurant in the hotel is good and there is a coffee machine in the lobby. I didn't go to the cafe yet but I will check it out next week. We booked a room with a King size bed and it was very comfortable. They had extra pillows and blankets in the closet which was nice. The staff was friendly which made the hotel stay even better!!
