I highly recommend this gym to people who want to get in shape and get strong. The coaches are very motivating and explain the workouts clearly. Very friendly environment.

CrossFit POP is a great place to improve your overall fitness, lose weight, build strength, learn about a healthy living, and make great friends. The best part is there is a free trial so you can try the classes before you join and the memberships are less expensive than other CrossFit boxes in the area.
