This. Place. Is. Dope.
Great coaching, great facility, many available classes (especially for those of us who work long hours in Manhattan!) Now also has three locations around Brooklyn, very convenient.

Every class is different/interesting while still on a coach slated program. A lot of muscle confusion going on, no plateaus in site! Any doubts regarding Crossfit in general are immediately washed away upon seeing the coaching and attention everyone gets.
