previous to working out at CrossFit Hoboken i was completely out of shape and had no motivation to bettering my health. CrossFit is a gym where you will see immediate results in your appearance and your health. The community at CrossFit is very supportive and competitive which motivates you to workout to your greatest potential. They seriously do not let you slack. i would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is through procrastinating with working out and would like to meet awesome people!
