I have been a Crossfit Giant member for over 3 months, after actively been conditioning at a Gym and getting small results. At first, I was intimidated to try Crossfit due to their varied training approach and physical demand to enhance competency. Fortunately, the staff quickly provided knowledge and comfort before my first class arrival (kudos!). Their boxes and their staff are without a doubt above expectations. Outstanding trainers/coaches who inspire you to “go for gold” and push yourself while truly caring about your wellbeing, safety and knowledge.
You can do Crossfit at any box, but is the community (members/coaches) what makes the box a BOX. The community at Crossfit Giant is amazing as they are friendly, encouraging and supporting which inspires you to achieve more.
Don’t take my word for it, try the free class and see it yourself. It doesn’t matter what is your physical conditioning level, the trainers/coaches will guide you every step of the way.
