This is a great Crossfit to start training at.
Tyler and Logan are consummate professionals that help you learn and understand all of the movements.
They are friendly and helpful and will scale each workout to fit your ability and body style. They also will go out of their way to accommodate you. There are several classes a day (morning and night) so you can always find a good fit for your schedule. They also create a great team atmosphere with everyone encouraging everyone else and set up monthly member outings. I would definitely recommend giving it a try, I have seen great results and look forward to going every chance I get.
