Cross County Multiplex Cinemas

Usually I go over there with my husband to watch movies (of course )
We like this place !
It's clean , the stuff are very nice .
Prices of food are expensive like every other theater so we bring snacks from home :)
Overall it's a good spot to watch a movie

Funny thing about this theater. No one likes its, but we still go because it's the only theater in town that shows all the good stuff. Lol the theater is okay. Some ratchet folks work there, but at the end of the day I get a good sear, decent popcorn, and a good movie. 3 stars for you.

This movie theater has become the worst. I stood on line at the concession for 20 minutes my show started at 4:15pm wath the hell. I cant believe Bay Plaza is out doing this movie theater. My suggestion close, revamp and reopen with better workers.

There was vomit all over the seats and running down the floor. All they did was cover the seats. It stank the entire time. They also left the lights all the way up through all the previews, only theater I've ever been to that does that, and its annoying. Especially for a 3D show, light just glares off the frames. Bad experience, I won't be back.

Don't ever go there for a first showing of any new feature. Management is totally incapable of presenting a first showing without at least one problem. It will be a blurry picture until someone gets out of their seat to go get someone. Or the curtains that border the screen are set to the format of the last feature there. The sound won't work.

They always manage to come up with some reason that you are forced to go get somebody and then the simple fix is complicated by the fact that they can't seem to find the person who fixed it. Over and over again this happens and it's obvious that they just don't care.

Edit: I should have mentioned the fact that I've never had a problem once this theater has already shown the feature before. From the second showing, once the customers are forced to go and ask for the proper corrections, everything seems to work fine. My experience has been that when a new feature arrives they either stick the film on the platter or load the video box and walk away.
