Horrible! never will go back. Don't know how to do tips

This place was horrible I took my daughter for the first time there and the girl was very nasty my daughter was asking for light pink and the girl didn't understand then we show her a picture and she yelled at my daughter telling her that was white I just looked
At her and that girl knew not to yell at my kid again but then like 5 girl where around my kid and they started to speak on there language not cool very rude my kid had the worst experience ever

The tips are AMAZINGLY AWESOME!

It might have just been the woman who did mine, but I got a manicure here three days ago, and within a day and a half all of the polish and designs were peeling off... I've been to a lot of places in the past and they've always lasted at least a week before starting to chip. There's giant pieces missing off of some nails and it looks stupid because I had designs put on each one. Not worth the money if you want them to last.

I was referred to Creative Nail by a friend because I was looking for somewhere that has the gel nail polishes. I was amazed at how AWFUL my nails came out.

The nail tech didn't even push back or trim my cuticles and almost didn't even file my nails! I kind of wish she didn't now, because my nails are uneven and longer in the corner than they are in the middle. Also, my pedicure turned out just as bad. Along with my cuticles not being pushed back and trimmed and my nails filed crooked, they didn't even slough off any of my calloused skin from my feet!! I work on my feet, and always get a pedicure to try to keep my feet soft. The polish on my toes is uneven and sloppy - it looks like my niece painted them.

I understand the place was busy, but not enough to do such an appalling job. The lady did such an awful job it has me wondering if she even has been board certified. I am not one to complain to management, but I will DEFINITELY not be going back and I highly advise against frequenting the establishment.
