- Excellent #134264

This place is very clean, and very modern. It is suprisingly crowded for a 9 am monday morning. And I was a little bit nervous at first, but the friendly and professional staff made it more comfortable taking my exams.

I came to CP Advanced Imaging with my daughter for her MRI appointment. My daughter was worried about this exam before coming here. As we were registering, I mentioned this to the worker, and a young lady name Jennifer took her time to explain to us how the procedure works. It was very much appreciated how she was very detailed and patience with us. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!

I sent a detailed e-mail to them 6/8/2014, to request how much it would cost to do a CT virtual colonoscopy as my insurance does not pay for it . No response. So 6/15/2014, I call and ask them. The person who answered the phone said "we dont do colonoscopy". I explain their website says they perform CT vc. The person on the other end still doesnt get it. This was a total waste of time. I have to give this a 1 star because you cant give a no star.
