Bowery Center: Cheng Jenny MD

I went to Dr. Cheng because her office was open on the weekends and I hope others will not follow in my tragic footsteps for convenience. The wait time was horrible; there was no point in scheduling an appointment if the doctor doesn’t see you until 3-4 hours later. Unless you want to waste your life away waiting for Dr. Cheng and her incompetent staff to help you, please do yourself a favor and skip this doctor. Even when I was able to see her, she was clearly brief in her medical review and provided very little expertise. Her primary concern was not of her patient but the number of patients she was able to see each day. Sadly enough, this doctor is not about quality care and it’s troublesome to know someone in such a profession has so little regard for the people who put their health in her hands.

Not my first choice and never will. The doctor I was seeing does not take the current insurance I have so I have ti choose someone to replace her. She has way toooooo many patients and spend very little time to check each patient. The lobby area is a complete mess with a huge crowd and not not clean. The medical center usually over schedule patients, even if you come in early there is still a long wait. The only thing that helps, they see patients on the weekends.
