Courtyard Newark Elizabeth

By far, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The TV didn't work and the walls are apparently paper thin because I could hear everything going on in the (extremely loud) room next to mine. I was in town for a job interview and I didn't get any sleep because the surrounding guests were extremely loud and inconsiderate. It got to the point where I thought Ashton and the Punk'd crew would jump out, laughing. I'm usually the person who toughs it out or leaves good reviews, but, besides Eric and his hospitality at the front desk, I honestly have nothing good to say. Miserable experience.

Staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. The Bistro food was pretty good but they were missing quite a few ingredients most of the time. The room was in excellent condition.

This Courtyard has a nice new lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the Bistro in the lobby could have been better, but it was convenient. The coffee Starbucks was wonderful. The staff was great. All in all nothing fancy but a good stay.

Squeaky bed!! Room is spacious but too much freshener scent. No in room fridge. Free internet. Hotel is next to embassy suites, country inn suites and Residence inn .Only 5 min. From airport.

The do not make rule about the hotel clear, and when they run into a problem they do not know how to resolve the SMALL issues. But they bring the cops. They completely ruined my friend's sweet 16. They harassed us. I am in high school and they cursed me out. They kicked us out and they would not refund our money. My friend cried, and they didn't care. Over all they lied to us and ruined out day. The only way you would be treat like a guess is if you look rich and you were white. But pulling out the race card is not going to make them treat everybody like they are equal. It's to BOYCOTT. If anybody reads this understand this, this establishment NEEDS TO GO!!!! BOYCOTTT BOYCOTT BOYCOTT
