Great location! Very polite and helpful person! However the room has very small space, what it offers make it more like a cheap hotel except for its good location.

Great location. Close to Grand Central and Bryant Park and a short walk to Times Square. Sophia at the front desk was excellent. She was very personable and answered all our questions. We are Platinum Elite members and were given bottled waters every day of our stay. Willie, the bell hop, was so friendly and took care of our luggage and car before we were able to check in. The room was nice and clean. Great place to stay!

Nice staff and excellent location. Small bedroom but was ok and clean. No refrigerator in room Just a place to sleep. The price is high but if you can get an offer is a good place to stay.
