Courtyard Long Island City/New York Manhattan View

Hotel is beautiful. Staff is friendly. Our room had several non working outlets, and a very weird system of the room key controls the lights. Which is not horrible once you get used to it but it also controls the power to the fridge and we lost some food and our drinks did not remain cold for when we got back to the hotel.

This is by far one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. From the beginning to the end, my stay was marvelous. When arriving the two beautiful woman at the counter (Dianna & Amanda) were very helpful. They answered all of my questions and made sure that my mobile check in was a breeze. After one nights stay I realized that I NEEDED to stay in this beautiful place another night and the next morning they made sure my stay was extended. I had breakfast that morning and Shavon was very helpful and very funny! My best friend and I are both Marriott employees so we know how things are done & you guys definitely exceeded our expectations. We will be back sooner than you know!

The hotel was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable. The outlet plugs were conveniently located. We were able to find free overnight street parking one block over.
