Review 2015: Worst experience ever! 2 shirts came back totally wrinkled, worse than I brought the shirt to them. Answer was: A machine is doing this job. If I want to be sure that it is really ironed, I should do dry cleaning which is much more expensive. WTF?! I said no... it's a normal shirt made of cotton and I paid for a ironed shirt so I will not pay again like $5.50 to complete this job I already paid for. I said I want to get the money back that I paid for this shirt or they should iron the shirt without charging me again. Final answer from Courtyard was that I could call the police and bring this case to court if I want but they will not iron the shirt again without charging me the higher price on top. WOW! Unbelievable!! If you have no issues with your clothes, they are nice. But if you have issues, this store will become a nightmare for you.

New to Hoboken, thought they seemed a little expensive, however when I got my suits back and they had hair all over them, I decided to find a new dry cleaner. Also, in my limited experience with them, they accidentally gave me someone else's ties (I returned them upon realizing this).

I brought a friend's dress there which was "dry clean only". They completely ruined it. They shrunk parts of it and other parts were completely stretched out. Even for basic dry cleaning, they are very overpriced and over rated. I will NEVER bring anything there again.

I took my shirt there and they advised me that it was dry clean only however i remember getting it laundered in my old neighborhood. After picking it up i found that it had shrunk completely and i took it back and they said they would do it again and it should stretch out and if it did not work they would pay for the shirt, which sounded reasonable however i was not sure if a second attempt would really stretch it out..After the second attempt it was still the same so I asked them to pay for it and the girl who runs the place said that she never agreed to such a thing and basically asked me to leave the premises and even threw my shirt out on the street. Please be aware that she has a very bad attitude and discriminates very heavily and in the event something happens to your clothing there is absolutely no compensation. All be aware that if you look at more reviews a lot of people's clothing have shrunk.

I used them a few times and won't go back. They put pins in everything including a satin dress which now has holes in them and one skirt came out dirtier than when it went in. Will find another cleaner.
