Costco Wholesale

All is excelent. The only thing is that when it's almost time to close the associates are a little rude

Since everything is wholesale you can buy a whole lot for a great price. The employees are extremely helpful, not only do many of them know where the product is but also what the product is of you have any questions. The customer service is excellent which isn't something you can say about many stores nowadays. Costco has a massive selection of products from so many varieties of food too all sorts of products from lawnmovers to generators and to whatever household and commercial product you can think of. I highly recommend this store.

Ok. Go during off hours. Customers can be very rude and inconsiderate. I got To East Hanover

Great location and usually empty in the early mornings. Gets very full in the afternoons and evenings. Great selection of items and staff is very helpful and friendly.

Once you have the Costco membership, the savings are well worth the fee.

Parking can get a little frustrating when full so you'll have to have some patience.

The food court is affordable - pizza, hot dogs and new additions.

Being a member of BJ's for over a decade, I decided it was time for a change, so we became a member of Costco a couple of weeks ago since I am a current share holder. Today, after a long day of work my wife and I decided to go shopping at Costco in the Clifton, NJ location. What a TERRIBLE experience! We arrived around 7:45pm and shopped for about 45 min since they close at 8:30pm. As we were walking to the registers we stopped in the isle right before the registers to grab trail mix. We turned around for a minute and our full cart was gone. We Began to look for the cart and ask employees if they had seen it, but no one payed any mind to us. My wife started walking up the isle looking for the cart and a young kid (employee) got into a defensive lineman stance and said, ma'am, ma'am you can't pass this point we are closed as he taunted her. My wife ignored his stupidity, and told him I'm looking for my cart that was full, someone took it. He replied, ok so! That's when my wife got upset. We are to old to have to put up with the unprofessionalism of a young boy. As my wife tied to explain to him that instead of saying ok so, he should be helping the customer look for the cart since it was probably one of them that took it. He told my wife she needed to leave the store bc they are closed. As my wife was walking towards me explaining the treatment of this kid, which he was following her I might add. Another guy who seemed to be the manager appeared and told my wife there was no need to get riled up. That's when I got upset bc my wife is not the type to get upset for no reason. When I saw her I knew someone did something to her. Finally the manger said we will keep a register open while you get your stuff again. Then he told another employee to help us get our stuff, however, I had to get another empty cart myself. We thought this kid that was sopossed to help us was at least going to push the cart or accually help. This kid was really sent to escort us throughout the store while we fetched our own stuff. No customer service even though they created the customer service issue themselves. As we were running around trying to remember what we had in the full cart we saw an employee who had our cart. I asked her and she confirmed my suspicion that in fact it was our cart. I explained to her that that was our cart she took while we were standing right next to it. That employee became disgruntled in her response. She said I'm putting returns back how I'm I sopossed to know. I just hope we can get our money back for this membership since we are sure we can receive better service from other big box stores.
