Costanzo's Martial Arts

My daughter has been going for over 5 years! She loves it! Only positive experience! Great, friendly, & knowledgable staff teaching children more than just elements of martial arts but also perseverance, courage, and Respect!

My children have been students at Costanzo's for 5 years. The training they have received is exceptional. Shihan Costanzo not only teaches technique, but other essential elements of Martial Arts Training such as respect, dedication, and discipline. Our family has always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. In fact, we feel as if we are a part of the family there. My husband and I are always welcomed and encouraged to voice our concerns or ask any questions pertaining to the training that our sons are receiving. We trust all of the instructors there to teach our children in a safe environment. Over the years, my husband and I have had the opportunity to join in on the fun with special events like "Train with Mom/Dad" nights. I have also tried the kickboxing classes, which I must say, are phenomenal!!!
The facility is kept well stocked with items the kids may need to purchase for training. It is always kept clean, which is a very difficult thing to do in any gym or workout atmosphere. I have even seen Shihan mopping the floors himself in between particularly sweaty teen classes!!!!! I wouldn't send my kids any place otherwise. Ms. Maria at the front desk is very caring with the children and they love her. She is also a lot of fun to talk to, having lots of stories of her own children who are a bit older than mine.
I highly and without any reservation at all recommend Costanzo's Martial Arts for both children and adults as a place to get fit, learn a lifelong skill and especially for the younger ones, learn valuable life lessons.

I've been going to Costanzo's Martial Arts for over 4 years and have always experienced friendly, knowledgeable instructors. They are FAR from old and fat.
The place is immaculate and no one has ever contracted an infection.
The reviewer below must not have ever stepped into a gym before. The smell you experienced is called hard work and dedication - try it some time.

My experience at Costanzo's was not great!
Upon entering the facility, there was a horrible odor. The mats and bathroom were filthy.
I was concerned that my child would get ringworm or some other infection!
The instructors were either old or fat and out of shape.
The front desk woman was very phony, and seemed very eager to sign us up within the first 10 minutes.
Poor instruction, young inexperienced teens trying to teach the class who were mean to the children!

The kickboxing classes are simply the best. The routines are fresh and stimulating and every part of the body gets a workout. Truly an exhilerating experience! I lost 20 pounds and kept it off thanks to this program and am in the best shape ever with tons of energy! The martial arts classes are inspiring and challenge me to do better with each and every class.- always look forward to training at Costanzo's Martial Arts.
