I've had my X3 serviced with Costa's for the last 3 years, very happy with their service, highly reccomend, very honest and quick repair shop.

I LEFT MY CAR FOR REPAIR AT COSTA'S AUTO REPAIR.
THE ANTIFREEZE RESERVOIR WAS BROKEN, IT NEED TO BE REPLACED.(NOT A BIG DEAL).
MR. ARMINDO COSTA, OWNER OF THE SHOP , RECOMMENDED TO REPLACE BOTH THERMOSTATS, AND WATER PUMP, WHICH I ACCEPT ...I PURCHASED THE PARTS AT BMW DEALER, AND BRING THEM TO MR. COSTA'S SHOP.
THIS COMPLAINT IS BECAUSE HE REFUSE TO PROVIDE ME A DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE LABOR THAT HE PERFORM ON MY VEHICLE.
MR. COSTA JUST GIVE ME AN INVOICE WITH THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $497.55.
HE DIDN'T SHOW TO CUSTOMERS THE PER HOUR LABOR RATE, HE DON'T WANT TO DISCUSS HOW LONG IT TOOK TO REPLACE THE ITEMS MENTIONED ABOVE ON MY VEHICLE,THERE ARE SIGNS OF VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX,ALL OVER ,BUT HE REFUSE TO ACCEPT MY DEBIT CARD FOR PAYMENT, CASH ONLY... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.....

If its German, you are going to get the best service out there! They have the correct tooling, the experience and the cleanliness to do the work correctly. The prices are reasonable and if you are used to going to the dealer it will be a steal. They prefer original parts and your car will be running like new.

Its a small shop so you need to schedule the work.
