Awesome, best NE Clam Chowder I've ever tasted... blows mine out of the water for sure! Laurie had Tomato Basil soup which was also fantastic. Freshest Flatbread too! We will return.

I walk in to cozi with a smile. The basil it's everything. I hope the never ever close the one on park avenue.

I have been eating at Cosi's Philadelphia location since my college days in 2009 and my favorite dish there was the chicken margherita pizza. It was so good I wrote 5-star reviews about that location, the food, and the customer service. The Park Avenue location is now my home location and although the quality and service are usually great, my order is almost always lacking. I ordered the chicken margherita pizza and there was no basil, the chicken and mozzarella cheese were rock hard and cold, and the flatbread was burnt in large spots. The lady kept opening the oven and the pizza just came out too quickly. The pizza ended up tasting like cardboard ash and I almost threw up at the taste. As a Brooklynite, born and raised, this was worst pizza I have ever had without a doubt. Nonetheless, I gave them another shot, even though they never delivered on the promise to fix this pizza situation. My next visit, the flatbread was chewy like rubber and the turkey was dry. It's been extremely frustrating ordering here and sadly, it's due to poor food management.

I have been many of your stores in New York City. The he one on Park Ave and 31st is by far the best.Specially the girl who is baking there beside baking she a very kind and helpful. THANK YOU, Paul Cohen

Since I started to work in the city I hear a lot of people tell me about this place. When I walked in it was so nice and warm, and this was due to the fact they bake bread in house. I had a classic Turkey club and the flat bread used was perfect. Since I work a few blocks away this is my to go place for a nice healthy sandwich.
