I usually only eat when ordered from work. I work above. The food is ok. I usually don't buy it. When they have the free meals the line can be 200 deep. They have many different stations inside.

Like others said, it's a bit disorganized and kind of messy looking. You'd think for an eating establishment, they'd do a better job of cleaning up. Also another negative - skimping out on the fresh cut bread ends when I came in, a cardinal sin for Cosi shops. I hadn't been to one in a while but it looks like they have shrunken their sandwich menu options. So I had the melted chicken TBM. Cosi bread is still awesome and they redeemed themselves by having a few pieces of bread ends when I left.

This Cosi is a bit disorganized with their ordering system and the assembly system for sandwiches. The location is way too small for the volume of customers that frequent this store. The cashier and person who took my order are both friendly and pleasant. All Cosi's have salad, soups, sides, and sandwiches, but the hot sandwiches taste the best. Try the turkey and bacon.
