Corporate Airport Parking

Worst parking lot ever. They dented our car, which was returned late at night with a flat tire, and refused to pay for damages. Beware.

Do NOT leave your car here. They damaged my car (Over $800 to repair a large dent in the left front fender.) The manager on duty admitted that the yellow paint which was embedded in the dent on my car matched the paint on their parking garage poles. Even with a police report and with my insurance company following up for a year thereafter, they refused to pay my $500 deductible. They are self insured. I had been a steady customer, but will never return.

We pulled in and in 2 minutes we were in a shuttle headed towards our terminal. The drivers were friendly. On our return our car was right there ready to pull out.

I felt that the service we real personal the kind reserved for first class passengers.

I would use them again.

I went to corporate parking because it offered free parking with a stay of a given number of days. I printed out the coupon for the discounted price and car wash and offered it to the attendant when we arrived. The attendant refused the coupon and told me to give it when I returned and was paying. When I returned my car was unwashed. The cashier was rude and disrespectful, refusing to rectify the issue, he neither gave me the wash nor a rebate for the car wash I did not receive.
