I've always had very positive experiences when dealing with Coral Reef She has always gone out of her way to ensure we have the best travel experiences at the best price.

Woman on the phone was rude and very short. Essentially, hung up on me when she realized she couldn't help me and that I was of no use to her.

This travel agent took our $300 non refundable deposit ( which should have been the first red flag ) and then went on to become so obnoxious, rude, abusive and unprofessional that we had to end our involvement with her. We're now out $300, had to cancel whatever plans were made, start from scratch and possibly jeopardize our whole trip. This woman got on the phone with my wife and then myself, screaming, yelling, and sounding like an absolute maniac. Our big sin was having an ill parent which caused us to delay planning our trip. When I mentioned this to her, her reply was " so what, everyone has a sick parent ". A real gem. We were not rude to her, not demanding of her, money was never brought up as an issue, and we agreed to pay whatever extra expenses were incurred since our trip was now only 4 weeks out. Any time my wife had to contact this woman she had a mini panic attack because she knew we would get some sort of nasty, short, reply.

Stay away unless you want to start your vacation so stressed and angry, that half the fun has already been taken away

i JUST SPOKE WITH THE MOST OBNOXIONS, RUDE, BITCHY AND UNHELPFUL TRAVEL AGENT. I AM STILL SEETHING FROM ANGER ON HOW RUDE SHE WAS. ALL I WANTED WAS A SIMPLE ANSWER TO A QUESTION - SAID I WOULD BOOK TRIP WITH HER, AND SHE WOULDN'T EVEN ANSWER THE QUESTION WITHOUT A $300 DEPOSIT. HAVE A NICE DAY LADY.
