Continental Medical Vein Treatment LoPresti Philip J DO

I was going for treatment with Dr.Lopresti. During consultation he mentioned the largest vein in my leg needs to be treated 1st! Yet it takes insurance 4-6 weeks to approve this procedure. So I spoke with my very helpful Cigna representative after 6 weeks wondering why it was taking so long to approve. My insurance carrier then told me no paperwork has been sent from the office. Also approval is no needed.So I went back to the doctor explaining this. Still he refused to do the procedure. And treated smaller veins. With injection and laser treatment I then developed a terrible reaction. And I never received a follow-up phone call.. now it's 10 weeks later and still I've yet to receive a phone call regarding the procedure done or the procedure that needed to be. They never called my insurance to find out I don't need approval for the major procedure needed. There are numerous issues I could name. But to sum it up, the women in the office are very rude and incompetent! And the doctor just uses the insurance to line his pockets with money. Not really caring about his patients!
