They ended up contacting me after my claim was closed and accepting it. I do believe it was because of my review but they did make it right and I am pleased. I had my policy on a car stereo that the Bluetooth went out on and they only took $30 bucks off the claim and I kept the stereo so now I still have music while I wait for my new one.

I purchased my phone then then a week after I received it i purchased the warranty on it. The warranty says it is covered from the first date of purchase. When I tried to use it right after i purchased it because I dropped my phone and it screen broke, my claim was denied because they say it was used too soon and does not cover pre-existing damage. It was not pre-existing damage. Then why have this coverage saying it is covered from the first day of purchase if you cant use it.
