THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY! THE STAFF IS RUDE, ALONG WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER. THE RECEPTIONISTS AND OFFICE MANGER HAVE UNREAL AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDES. THEY MOSTLY WASTE YOUR TIME BY TELLING YOU WHATEVER YOU WANT TO HEAR OVER THE PHONE AND YOU CLEAT YOUR WHOLE DAY TO COME IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT JUST FOR THEM TO TELL YOU THAT YOU DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT OR THAT THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU THAT DAY BUT TAKE XRAYS UNTIL THEY "RESCHEDULE"YOU. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! IF YOU WANT TO BE TRESTED LESS THAN A HUMAN BEING GO TO CONCERNED DENTAL OF WESTCHESTER.

I've been going here because it is close to home and they participate with my insurance. But at times they make too many appintments and dont have enough dentists causing a backup and ecessive wating times for patients. I have seen many staff members come and go. The front office staff there now I've observed to be rude several times to patients. The doctors, assistants and hygienists are very nice, most of them. I wish they would bring back the previous front desk staff, who treated patients with respect and kindness. The present staff needs to go back to orientation to learn about service with a smile.

So, This was my first visit in a long time, In the past I would have agreed with a lot of the negative comments, It's the reason I did not return for over two years, My wife convinced me to return. I am very happy I did, I had one of the best cleanings I have ever had. Everyone from the front office, the hygienist , the Dentist, the back office were awesome. Reading all of their replies to the negative issues, They took is serious

This was my first visit for myself and I feel their staff need to be better informed regarding company policies. I thought I was making an appointment for an extraction, however, to my surprise I was only able to make an appointment for a consultation. Fortunately, the dentist was able to do the extraction, however, I was charged for the consultation and for the extraction. I wasn't very happy. If that wasn't the case I would've given them 4 stars.

ive been going to this dentist for a while & to be honest, i only come back bc im too lazy to try others.

since ive been here, ive never ever had an in & out experience. im always sitting in the waiting room for what seems like forever. theres a spanish lady who sits up front & has never been unfriendly with me but ive heard her being unprofessional with others & have witnessed her cursing out customers while she puts them on hold. i also sat there for about a hour & she sat on the phone with a friend chit chatting about how she works so much & how shes missing time with her kid & how her kid said she wishes she didnt work & how she hates her job, etc etc.

ive called & have gotten MAJOR attitude at the simplest of questions. im not sure if it was the same lady but it was unprofessional. even been hung up on... mind u, i was just trying to bring up my calendar on my phone to make sure i had no appointments that morning.

as far as the staff in the back..
all they do is gossip gossip gossip.
its like they hire a bunch of girls who get paid to talk more than anything. like seriously, shut the hell up already. im sitting in the chair yet im being ignored but i know your entire life story!

then i had had a deep cleaning like 1month before & the dentist looks at me & says "oh you need a deep cleaning.. when was your last cleaning?" i said, "i just had one 3-4wks ago". they go, "whered u go?"…. I WENT HERE!!!! shut her a** up quick! they always try to get u to do cleanings. that must be their lil come up. mind u, i have pretty nice teeth!!

so they r not that bad where they r 100% out the question like ill never go back... but i am frustrated every time i do have to go & id never bring my daughter here
